The RK500-07 Turbidity Sensor is a sophisticated instrument utilizing advanced optical principles to accurately gauge water turbidity. Turbidity arises from suspended particles within the water, which reflect incoming light. By measuring the scattered light at a 90° angle, the sensor delivers readings in NTU units. Designed for low to medium range applications, it measures from 0.01 to 4000FNU. In accordance with stringent EN27027 and ISO7027 standards, it uses an 860 nm infrared light source, ensuring consistent results undisturbed by sample color variations.
